The Tassel Tie Vest is the perfect feminine design for sultry days. With an open shell stitch, the front and back are worked separately before adding the neck. It is then finished with a scalloped trim and knotted tassels on the shoulders.  The pattern for the Tassel Tie Vest contains a written pattern, table and crochet chart for sizes S to XXL.

Made with a 4 ply cotton this is the perfect summer top.
