Each of the 100 strip patterns includes a photograph of a crochet sample, charts and written instruction with helpful tips. You can then mix and match each strip, and either sew or crochet them together to create your project.  The book also includes 5 inspiration blankets that each use 11 of the strips to measure 130cm.

Advice is also given on changing the width of the bands for smaller or larger blankets.
