Description
Wrap Up Warm this Winter with the Crochet Tournament 2026
Winter is nearly here, and the Crochet Tournament 2026 is your chance to get cosy. This year’s challenge is all about creating wearable, warming accessories that will see you through the cold months. Join in, connect with others, and craft your own winter-ready collection.
How does it work? You will get three projects to complete within a set timeframe – 4 weeks for each project. Submit a photo within the time frame and you go into the draw to win some fabulous prizes.
You can choose either the beginner (newbie) stream or the intermediate (competent) stream.
Each stream will have a prize for each project (stage) and there is an overall prize for each stream that everyone who completes all stages by the final date will be eligible for.
The newbie projects are designed for those new to crochet with basic crochet skills. They use the fundamental basic crochet stitches with some colour changing techniques. In both streams, the stages progressively get a little more difficult and challenging, helping you to grow and learn new stitches and techniques.
