We spoke to Nic about his reasons for joining The Leather Doctor and what he hopes to achieve with the business. Here’s what he had to say…
What was it that attracted you to join The Leather Doctor business?
Opportunity to do something different in a growing industry.
What did you both do prior to becoming a Leather Doctor?
Worked for an investment bank in Consumer Investment Management.
What territories will you manage?
I’ll be managing central, west & north Auckland territories.
What do you hope to achieve during your time as a Leather Doctor?
Build strong relationships with other Leather Doctors and increase my knowledge and skills – not only in the trade, but also in operating a successful business.
What was it about The Leather Doctor franchise that appealed to you?
The structure of the Leather Doctor business, the support staff, the opportunity to grow and be apart of something new (in NZ) and exciting.
What advice would you give to someone looking to purchase a franchise?
Do some research. Talk to some Leather Doctors about their business and why they bought into it.

I’ve lived in 8 different cities in 4 different countries!
